Draft Program:
Sun 13- Arrive at Bindaree around
lunchtime, settle in.
1145 Healesville/Koo-wee-rup Road,
Woori Yallock, 1.5km from township, 60km from Melbourne via
Warburton highway (approx 65 minutes drive from Melbourne).
BBQ picnic that evening at Badger Creek Weir
(near Healesville)
Monday 14 activities at the campsite- archery, mountain bike riding,
swimming in the river, possibly a climbing wall
Tuesday 15 Travel to Melbourne (accommodation at Adventurers Hostel
(old GFS hostel), River Cruise, Aquarium, Imax Theatre
Wed 16- possible trip on a tall ship, Luna Park
Thur 17 Train Trip to Sovereign Hill Ballarat, return to Melbourne
and back to Bindaree
Fri 18 Activities at the campsite
Sat 19 pack up & leave
Ages: Boys and girls 10 and over in 2008.
Cost: only $300!!!
Transport to Victoria under local Diocese and
Branch arrangements
